Sometimes we run into a competitor that says they will do everything that we say we will do and they will do it for less money. Well you know the old adage "If it looks too good to be true it usually  is!"  If you ever run into this I will absolutely match their price if they match my promises (sorry their promises need to be written down -- verbal promises have a strange way of evaporating when the job starts!)

At CertaPro Painters of Kalamazoo/Battle Creek, we compete on the basis of painting excellence, superior service and customer “peace of mind”. We are neither the most expensive, nor the least expensive company. We compete on “value”, not simply on “price”, but we have a sincere desire to “win” every proposal we submit. Every proposal we prepare is based on national professional estimating standards. After performing thousands of estimates, I am happy to pass along the following offer to you: 

If you fax me a competing proposal that meets each of the following written promises below, I will match their price...and beat them in service and delivery. 

 

CertaPro Painters of Kalamazoo/Battle Creek features:

All painting estimates and services will provide the following:

  • A detailed written description of the work to be performed including: The prep work to be done (washing, caulking, priming, etc.) and specific identification of the premium paints and products being used 
  • A written two year warranty 
  • Proof of “in-force” Worker’s Compensation and General Liability Insurance 
  • A dedicated customer service center which is available Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
  • A real concern for what is important to you on this project...did the other painting companies ask what is most important to you on your project 
  • Follow-up by an independent Quality Assurance Team 
  • Customer references
  • No payment until job is completed and approved by you 

In short, we will do whatever we can to earn your trust, and your business. All we ask is that you give us a fair comparison to the other proposals you will receive.
